Shipping Orders are shipped Monday thru Saturday. Orders placed before 12 PM CST will generally be shipped out within two business days unless it coincides with a Federal holiday. You will be notified via email once your order has been shipped. Shipping times will vary based on the delivery method and location chosen. Orders are shipped via the method chosen at checkout.
Urban Filly Apparel accepts clothing returns purchased through the Urban Filly online store within 30 days of receipt and will provide a full refund, contingent upon the following conditions:
1. Item is returned within 30 days of purchase
2. Apparel is returned in its original, unused condition, barring a manufacturer’s defect
3. Merchandise is accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
4. All original tags are attached.
Note: Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return.
Instructions for Online Returns
1. Login to your account on the Urban Filly store in the 'My Account' section.
2. Click on the View Details link for the order of the item that you would like to return.
3. Click on the Add New RMA button.
4. Choose the number of items to be returned under the Order Items section.
5. Choose the Reason and Method for the return.
6. Optionally, add any desired comments in the Comments section.
7. Click Save RMA. You will receive an automated email advising you that the return merchandise request was received. The message will contain the order number, the RMA number along with instructions to await a response from your team before shipping the product back.
8. Re-pack the merchandise, along with your receipt. You may use the original box; however, be sure to cover or remove any previous labels.
9. Affix a return label to the box. You may request a return label by sending an email to Urban Filly at [email protected] . This label can be printed from your computer and attached to the package.
10. If you choose to ship without requesting a return label, please return the merchandise to the following address:

Once a return is received, it will take up to 10 days to receive, inspect and process. You will be notified via email once your return has been completed.
Refunds for Returned Merchandise
Refunds should process within 7-10 business days after shipment. The refund will be in the amount of the original cost paid, including sales tax. There are no refunds for shipping and handling. We do not charge restocking fees.
